Wow. Im entering a new decade of my life. Turning 30 this year and thinking what have I achieved so far. Still questioning myself. Every single day. Yes alhamdulillah I am a mother now, a wife, and has always been a daughter. Alhamdulillah once again. 

Just landed safely from Penang. A little retreat for the both of us (of course little Mateen too) after so so many months of not going anywhere out of town and on the plane. Was a bit sceptic because of covid but lets just hope everything was well and just the thought of us going away from the greens in few months time made us even more determined to just take that leap of faith and do it. Mateen enjoyed himself the most when we were at the beach, melts my heart every single time he said "more more" simply means he wants to do it again:- going in the water, and play along with the waves. He hated the pool though, not sure why but we'll try again next time. 

I wanted to just stay around the hotel area just to take it all in and relax. But whats a trip to Penang without the signatures food? So we forced our bums to get the bus to the town and indulged ourselves with some good chendol, egg tarts and of course nasi kandar. Oh, we tried this pricey fried durian too, but damn, it was real good, would have bought more if its cheaper hehe. 

Loved our short trip to Penang. I'll continue writing more when I have time, and lets hope thats in within the next few days :D
